Relative to recognizing and congratulating Ms. Janice Salas Benavente on the occasion of her retirement from the Department of Revenue and Taxation, government of Guam, after forty (40) years of dedicated service; and to futher extending a warm Un DĂ„ngkolo Na Si Yu’os Ma’Ă„se’ to her family in recognition of their suppot of her service to the people of Guam.

Relative to expressing the sense of I Liheslaturan Guahan’s expenditure priority of the Compact Imapc Act funds for Fiscal Year 2012 to I Maga’lahen Guahan and to the Secretary of Interior to support capital improvement projects and operations of various impacted governmet agencies and departments.

Relative to recognizing, commending and congratulating Dr. Vivian Loyola Dames on the occasion of her retirement from the University of Guam; and to further extending a warm Un DĂ„ngkolo Na Si Yu’os Ma’Ă„se and Maramang Salamat Po to her for thirty-three (33) years of outstanding contributions to the people of Guam as an educator and advocate for social policy on Guam.

Relative to petitioning the United States Congress to pass H.R. 1490 and S. 791 which will amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act of 1990 to include Guam and to improve and increase compensation for those affected by ionizing radiation
