Relative to extending a sincere Biba Kompliaños to the Serve Guåhan! Commission on the celebration of their Fifth (5th) Anniversary, and to commending its Board of Commissioners and staff, the Guam Department of Labor, the AmeriCorps Programs, the Guam AmeriCorps Alumni Chapter, the Guam AmeriCorps*VISTA, and the Guåhan Volunteer Center, in partnership with the University of Guam, for their continued service for our island.

Relative to recognizing, commending and expressing "Un Dangkolo Na Si Yu'us Ma' ase" to the Bookmobile foundation of Guam, the First Lady of Guam Joann G. Camacho, Matson Navigation Company, South Petroleum Corporation and the Guam Public Library System, for their continued contributions to the people of Guam in keeping the Guam Public Library System Bookmobile operational, as we celebrate April 2010, as Guam's first "National Bookmobile Day".

Relative to commending and congratulating the members of the Forty-eighth (48th) University of Guam StudentGovernment Association as they assume office for the 2009 to 2010 academic year; and to thanking the members and advisors of the Forty-seventh (47th) University ofGuam Student Government Association for their service, commitment and diligence during the 2008 to 2009 Academic year.
Relative to recognizing June 22nd to the 25th of June, 2009 as the 28th Annual Pacific Islands Bilingual-Bicultural Association (PIBBA) International Conference and in recognizing the 28th Annual Pibba International Conference Steering Committee, PIBBA, and PIBBA Local Chapter officers and members in promoting biligualism and biculturalism in the Pacific, particularly indigenous languages and cultures in the Micronesian region.
Relative to commending the Serve Guam Commission for its service and commitment to our community, most especially during “Americorps Week”, from May 8 to 16, 2009.

Relative to petitioning the United States Congress to amend the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act of 1990, Public Law 101-426, as amended by Public Law 101-51 0, 3139 (42 U.S.C. 2210) and Public Law 106-245, to include Guam in the jurisdiction (Downwinders).
Relative to requesting Congresswoman Madeleine Z. Bordallo to introduce legislation in the United States House of Representatives to rename the Guam Main Facility (GMF) Post Office in Barrigada to the "Juan C. Pablo Post Office" to honor his achievements and service to the United States Postal Service and the people of Guam.
